Understanding Your Behavior
In this 1-hour DISC quick course we will be going pretty in depth on the D.I.S.C. personality behavioral styles!
D is for Dominant, I is for Influencing, S is for Steady and C is for Conscientious!
You were born with your personality style, usually a combination of two, but most people don't fully understand their personality and how they are "wired". So they can go through life not fully embracing who they are, so in return, don't understand other personality styles.

Desires and Needs
Included in this quick course, we will also cover the basic desires and needs of each personality style.
Guess what... they're different! Shocker right?!
Each personality style has base internal desires and emotional needs. One desires to be in control, one desires to have fun, one needs peace, while the other desires perfection.
When you understand your needs and desires, it helps you to understand your behavior. I also helps you to convey to those closest to you what you need. And know what they need too!
Significance and Certainty
Each personality style is driven by significance or certainty.
Two of the personality styles are driven by significance. One is driven by significance as it relates to achievement and other significance as it relates to recognition.
The other two personality styles are driven by CERTAINTY. One is the driven by the certainty of facts and the other is driven by the certainty of their relationships.
