coachingWe made the decision to change the name of our coaching and certification from “life” coaching to “transformational” coaching. That is what people experience both with receiving our coaching and going through our certification process – transformation.

Now, most of us think sports when we hear the word “coach” . Sports coaches teach, train, and encourage. They pass on their wisdom and life experience to their players. A life coach can be thought of in much the same way with one significant difference. Life coaches focus on you, helping you along your individual life path.
