Transformational Coach Certification

We've had people of all walks of life go through our Transformational Coach Certification program for different reasons. For some, coaching becomes their career, others go through it as an added skill to what they do already (behavioral health, foster services, re-entry programs, human resources, etc.) and others have gone through it to add to their public speaking and communication abilities.
When you go through the program, you also find yourself using the skills you’ve learned with family, friends, co-workers, etc. and impacting your sphere of influence.
The program begins with you first going through the Impact Shift, our intensive self-leadership process, THIS is where you become a product of the product. Coaches have said this portion alone was worth the investment.
Advanced Coach Certification
Our 24-week training that focuses on all areas of Living Your New Life Story, the neuroscience of change.
The training itself is so rich with transformational tools for you (oh yes, you will get jacked up in the best of ways!) and your clients! There is at least a year's worth of material you can use with clients and the workbook with the worksheets is worth it alone!

Due to the intensity and length of this training, it is only offered once a year and you do need to first be a Life Impact certified Transformational Coach before going onto this certification.
Certified DISC Presenter
You may have already watched our intro to DISCovering Your Personality DNA.
This is one of our foundational trainings, because this is where most of us (including the founder/president) experienced our first taste of transformation.
There is something so powerful about understanding yourself, understanding your personality behavioral style, so you can celebrate it, grow in it AND celebrate and understand the personality styles of those around you.
In this complete program, you will learn about DISC in ways you never have before!
You will have access to the 3-hour DISC training, plus Living BEYOND Your Personality AND Parenting Through the Personalities!
You will learn how to understand the behaviors, the needs and desires, and communication for the 4 personality styles. As well as the combinations, the preoccupations AND if you're in the living in the healthy, unhealthy or average zone of your personality!
