Behavioral Profiling is a used by some of the world’s best managed companies for employee development purposes and as a screening tool for new hires. We also use this tool with our personal life coaching clients and with those going through The Impact Shift (our personal growth process). We agree with the perspective stated in Inc. Magazine that “behavioral profiles don’t produce answers, they produce a profile of leading indicators about someone and the best use of the profile is to supplement or confirm what you already know.”

 

It’s so easy to go on line and answer a few questions, which generate a computerized report that is e-mailed to you. Your Life Impact coach will provide you with a personal de-briefing, explaining how to leverage this rich and valuable knowledge, in a sensitive and constructive manner. We can also help you effectively apply the insights your profile offers to take your strengths from good to great, and to overcome the challenges that can be created by oppositional preferences.

 

The TriMetrix EQ assesses three areas: Behaviors, Motivators & Emotional Intelligence.

 

Behaviors: Behavioral research suggests the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their
strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. This report measures four dimensions of normal behavior: dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance.

 

Motivators: Knowledge of an individual’s motivators helps to tell us why they do things. The Personal Motivation and Engagement report measures the relative prominence of six basic interests (a way of valuing life):
Theoretical, Utilitarian, Aesthetic, Social, Individualistic, and Traditional.

 

Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The report was designed to provide insight into two broad areas: Intrapersonal and Interpersonal emotional intelligence. Within these broad areas, this report measures five dimensions of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self Regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills.
